If we cancel an order before shipment, we will issue an applicable refund to the original payment method.

SECTION 8 - MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

A made-to-order product is produced after the order is placed but uses dimensions, finishes, colors, or configurations offered as standard options on the applicable product page.

Unless otherwise disclosed on the product page or confirmed in writing, standard made-to-order products remain eligible for return under our Return & Refund Policy.

Production estimates begin after payment and after all necessary product specifications have been confirmed.

SECTION 9 - CUSTOMER-SPECIFIC CUSTOM PRODUCTS

A customer-specific custom product is manufactured or modified according to specifications not offered as a standard product option.

This may include customer-requested dimensions, finishes, colors, materials, configurations, wiring, hanging lengths, canopies, quantities, or other personalized requirements.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving custom specifications, drawings, renderings, material samples, or written confirmations before production.

Customer-specific custom products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the specifications confirmed in writing.

SECTION 10 - ORDER CANCELLATION

An order may be canceled for a full refund at any time before it ships.

After an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If the product qualifies for return, the customer may request a return after delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy:

SECTION 11 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently ship to eligible addresses in the United States, Canada, and Australia.

Standard shipping is free for eligible orders delivered within these destinations.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur because of carrier capacity, severe weather, customs processing, port congestion, inspections, holidays, remote-area limitations, labor disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, email address, and telephone number.

SECTION 12 - FURNITURE AND OVERSIZED DELIVERY

Furniture and oversized products may be shipped by ocean freight, truck freight, or a combination of carriers.

Standard freight delivery may be curbside or to the nearest safe and accessible location unless another delivery service is confirmed in writing.

Customers are responsible for confirming that products and packaging can pass through entrances, gates, elevators, stairways, hallways, and other access points.

Customers must ensure that the delivery location is safely accessible to the carrier and that a responsible adult is available to accept and inspect the shipment.

Additional costs caused by missed appointments, incorrect addresses, inaccessible delivery locations, customer-requested address changes, storage, or redelivery may be charged to the customer after disclosure.

SECTION 13 - INSPECTION AND SHIPPING DAMAGE

Customers should inspect products and packaging promptly after delivery.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact support@luminohaus.com within 48 hours after delivery whenever reasonably possible.

Please provide the order number, photographs of the product and packaging, a description of the issue, and any available unpacking video.

If concealed damage could not reasonably be discovered within 48 hours, contact us promptly after discovering it.

This notification request does not limit any consumer rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

SECTION 14 - RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy:

Eligible regular products and standard made-to-order products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to the conditions stated in the Return & Refund Policy.

Customer-specific custom products are not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the specifications confirmed in writing.

Furniture and oversized items are not returnable for buyer’s remorse but may qualify for repair, replacement, return, or refund if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Luminohaus does not charge a restocking fee. Original outbound shipping costs are not deducted from an eligible refund.

SECTION 15 - INSTALLATION AND USE

Lighting fixtures, electrical products, furniture, and other products must be installed, assembled, and used according to the applicable instructions and local requirements.

Hardwired electrical products should be installed by a qualified and licensed electrician where required.

The customer or installer is responsible for confirming compatibility with the property’s voltage, wiring, dimming system, junction box, ceiling structure, mounting surface, and applicable electrical or building requirements before installation.

Luminohaus is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, incorrect assembly, unauthorized modification, misuse, failure to follow instructions, or use that is inconsistent with the product’s intended purpose, except where responsibility cannot be excluded under applicable law.

SECTION 16 - CERTIFICATIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS

Any certification, listing, compliance statement, voltage, wattage, dimming compatibility, material, or technical specification applies only when it is stated for the specific product or confirmed in writing for the applicable order.

A certification applicable to an individual component does not necessarily mean that the complete product has the same certification.

Customers with project-specific certification, inspection, building-code, or electrical requirements should contact us before ordering.

SECTION 17 - WARRANTY

Any applicable warranty coverage is described on the product page, in our Warranty Policy, or in written documentation provided with the order.

Warranty coverage does not apply to normal wear, natural material variation, improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, accidental damage, inadequate maintenance, or damage caused by incompatible electrical systems unless otherwise required by law.

Warranty remedies may include replacement parts, repair, replacement, or another reasonable solution depending on the issue and applicable warranty terms.
