Warranty Policy

This policy describes warranty support provided by Luminohaus, operated by Amarnest LLC, for products purchased from luminohaus.com.

Standard and Trade Coverage

Our standard product warranty is 2 years. Approved Trade Program orders receive an extended 5-year warranty. Trade benefits apply to orders confirmed as Trade orders before purchase; visit our Trade Program for details.

Previously Purchased Extended Warranties

The paid warranty add-on is no longer offered for new purchases. Extended-warranty terms provided with a previous purchase remain applicable to that purchase. Contact support@luminohaus.com with your order details for support.

What the Warranty Covers

Warranty support covers product defects under normal, intended use. Depending on the issue, remedies may include replacement parts, repair, replacement, or another solution under the applicable warranty terms. Please contact us with your order details so we can review the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover normal wear, natural material variation, improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, accidental damage, inadequate maintenance, or damage caused by incompatible electrical systems, except where coverage or remedies are required by applicable law.

How to Request Support

Email support@luminohaus.com with your order number, product details, a description of the issue, and available photographs or video. You may also call +1 (213) 257-4728. Customer support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Do not ship a product to us before receiving written instructions. If a return is required, we will provide the authorized United States return destination and instructions.

Returns and Other Rights

The warranty is separate from the return window. Eligible retail orders have a 30-day return-request window; eligible approved Trade orders have a 60-day window. See our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility, return costs and the refund process.

This policy does not limit consumer rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Terms provided with an existing purchase remain applicable to that purchase.
